How to Live a Healthy Life

Healthy living food diet, healthy living tip, healthy living product, healthy living benefit, lifestyle, fitness

We live such an accelerated life, being so competitive in our daily lives (family, friends, work, etc.) and we don't have much time left to take care of ourselves. This is why many of us feel so tired and exhausted.

Let's see what we can do to improve our quality of life

You have to drink more water

This is something we hear every day.
But let's think about it: 5% fewer fluids means a loss of 25-30% energy and 15% less causes death. At this moment 66% of us do not drink enough water and that is why more than half of the population is not functioning at maximum capacity and if this is added pollution, bad food and stress this is something that we make think.
Drinking more water is an easy thing to remedy. You have to drink a glass of water (approx. 8 oz) every half or 8-10 glasses of water a day and you will notice how your energy levels grow.

You have to eat more fresh food

A little known fact is that processing food above 116°F destroys much of the nutrient content. We all know that we are not eating vegetables and that is a very important problem.
5 servings a day of vegetables, is what nutritionists recommend. But how many of us will do this.
To obtain the nutrients found in fresh vegetables there is an excellent and easy way without having to spend the whole day in the kitchen or eat raw celery sticks. You just need to have a good juicer to squeeze the vegetables you like and drink the juice from them until you reach good health. We can make this very easy and it doesn't take us a long time (there is no kitchen involved) and it is very convenient. You can also bring your juice to work and even give to your children.
It should be known that wheatgrass, in particular, is an excellent source of nutrition. It has a high chlorophyll content, which is known as plant blood because it looks a lot like human red blood molecules and has more than 100 elements that the body needs.

You have to exercise more.

Gyms offer aerobics, yoga, pilates, dances, a multitude of training options.
If you do not have time or money to go to the gym or if you prefer to spend your mornings or nights at home you can exercise using an elliptical bike. I don't know what I would do without my static bike: I put it in front of the TV and in this way I don't miss my favorite shows.

If you are suffering from an illness or injury or your physical condition is low, exercising can be a gigantic battle.
But inactivity is a danger that leads to a greater loss of energy and that can become a cycle of self-perpetuation until you can barely get up from the sofa.

To return to a physical routine an excellent way is to start slowly. Start walking for the first two weeks for 5 minutes a day, no more, even if you think you can walk more, don't do it. When the 2 weeks are over, increase to 10 minutes, then 15 minutes, 20 minutes ... continue to increase gradually your activity until you are comfortable with what you do.

It may seem a bit silly, but believe me, this works. In this way, you are tricking your body into producing more energy.
Continue with this method and before you know it you will feel very comfortable doing this every day within your limits.

Well, let's a recap. If you can reorganize your life a little, have better eating habits and exercise a little if you remember to drink a glass of water every half hour you will be on your way to living a healthy life.

As a final note, remember to take a moment of tranquility for yourself. Meditation is an excellent way to minimize stress. 5 minutes a day of silence, it can be very beneficially.

And, one last thing, but not mean least, laugh. Laugh like a crazy and the stronger, the better. You will be surprised that such a simple thing can cheer you up.
